Poster Abstract Submissions

The Clinical and Translational Science Institute's Annual Scientific Meeting is scheduled to take place in February 2026. This year's theme, Advancing Health Through Science and Partnerships for a Healthier Future, will spotlight pressing challenges and innovative approaches across research, care delivery and community impact.

Poster Abstract Submission Guidelines

The Ohio State University Clinical and Translational Science Institute is now accepting poster abstracts for the 2026 CTSI Annual Scientific Meeting.

While Rural Health will be highlighted at this year's event, we welcome all submissions that span the full spectrum of translational science and broader public health impacts from basic science to community-engaged research, implementation science and other health initiatives. Our goal is to build a program that reflect the breadth of work advancing human health across disciplines, populations and settings.

Poster submissions are open to any topic across the clinical and translational science or research spectrum. Learn more about translational science here: NCATS Translational Spectrum.

All are welcome to submit abstracts, including faculty, trainees, staff and community partners.

Speed Presentation Session

A selection of early career investigators will be invited to present their work in a five-minute/five-slide presentation during the scientific meeting based on their poster abstract submissions. If you would like to be considered for the speed presentation session you will have the opportunity to indicate your interest by checking the box that will appear on the form based on your career level.
